Tapioca
Tapioca, a type of pancake made of manioc flour, is a delicacy typically brazilian, consumed especially in northern and northeastern regions. Brazilian indians created tapioca, mas portuguese that went to Pernambuco were the first to incorporate the dish, which later spread all over the country.
